About The Fournier Team

After serving 27 years in the US Air Force and retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant, I decided to move to beautiful Western North Carolina. My wife Denise (also a retired Air Force veteran) and I fell in love with the majestic mountains and the rushing streams carving out the valleys below, but most of all, we fell in love with the people. We have lived in Maggie Valley for five years and we’re loving every minute of it!

After two years of retirement I was chomping at the bit to start a new career, and what better career to have than working real estate in an area I truly love. I’m originally from Mount Kisco, NY and I’m an avid Giant, Yankee and Knicks fan! I have a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Park University, and an A.S. in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. For fun I enjoy spending time with my wife, golfing, hiking, camping and cooking.

A little about Denise: After serving almost 22 years in the US Air Force and retiring as a Master Sergeant, I decided to move to beautiful western North Carolina with my wonderful husband Greg (also a retired Air Force veteran). After a year of retirement and 18 years in the medical field as an Independent Duty Medical Technician, I wanted to do something completely different. What better career to have than working in real estate in an area I truly love.

I’m originally from Adrian, West Virginia and I’ve been visiting the Outer Banks of North Carolina since I was 13 and finally made it to the Great Smoky Mountains. I have an A.S. in Allied Health Science and Financial Management from the Community College of the Air Force and in my spare time I love to cook and practice yoga; but mostly I enjoy spending all my time with my husband hiking and camping with our little Dachshund Charlie and our beautiful Beagle Daisy Mae. I also enjoy lounging around so I can take in the beautiful scenery from our own back porch.

Our love of Western North Carolina and the people who call it home make this real estate career more than a job— it's a pleasure. Whether you’re buying or selling, coming or going, we understand that the process can be complicated and challenging, and we’d like to help take the pressure off you so that you can clearly focus and breath easily throughout the entire process. We’ll be right by your side all the way. We take great pride in helping people find positive solutions to their real estate needs. No task is to big or to small, so give us a call and let’s get started on your next great adventure in the hills of Western North Carolina.
